Return Policy

This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the procedure for refunding payments made for digital services or products purchased through the website https://l2eirin.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").


1. General Provisions

1.1. The Platform provides digital services of a virtual nature, which are considered delivered upon activation or access to the relevant functionality.

1.2. Payments are made based on the Public Offer Agreement and are considered confirmation of the User’s agreement with this Policy.

1.3. In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, digital services are not subject to return once provided, except in cases explicitly stated in this Policy.


2. Conditions for Refunds and Cancellations

2.1. Refunds are possible only in exceptional cases, namely:

  • duplicate payment due to a technical error;

  • a technical issue on the part of the Platform resulting in the User not receiving the paid service;

  • unconfirmed transaction resulting in funds being withdrawn without service access.

2.2. In such cases, the User must contact the Platform’s support service within 3 calendar days from the payment date and provide supporting documentation (e.g. electronic receipt, screenshot, etc.).

2.3. The Platform reserves the right to:

  • request additional information;

  • refuse a refund if the data provided is incomplete or falsified;

  • process refunds using the same payment method used for the original transaction, if technically possible.


3. Services Not Subject to Refund

3.1. Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

  • the service was activated or partially/fully used;

  • dissatisfaction is based on expectations not guaranteed by the Platform;

  • account was blocked due to a violation of Platform rules;

  • erroneous payment by the User (e.g. wrong amount, payment method, or currency).


4. Disclaimer

4.1. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" basis and does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted operation;

  • achievement of any specific results;

  • fulfillment of subjective User expectations.

4.2. The User is solely responsible for verifying the relevance, compatibility, and suitability of services before making a payment.


5. Policy Changes

5.1. The Platform reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.

5.2. The updated version of the Policy takes effect immediately upon its publication on the Platform.
